Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Doncaster DN11
Salary: £12.21 / hr
Hours: Monday - Friday (Shift Rotation: 6am-2:30pm & 2pm-10:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.

* Assemble, pack, and inspect products to meet quality standards.

* Follow health & safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

* Assist with stock control, material handling, and process improvements.

* Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential).

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Good teamwork and communication skills.

* Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.

* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
