Hygiene Operatives (Night Shift) - Kettering (Freezer Environment)

Position: Hygiene Operative

Location: Kettering

Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Days: 5 days out of 7 (including weekends and holidays as required)

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform deep cleaning of walls, conveyor belts, machinery, and floors in a freezer environment.

* Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, following strict hygiene protocols and health and safety guidelines.

* Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.

* Conduct routine inspections of cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.

* Work as part of a team to ensure the hygiene standards across the facility are consistently maintained.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning roles is essential, preferably in a food production, manufacturing, or similar environment.

* Comfortable working in a freezer environment.

* Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and be flexible with working days.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

* Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.
