Compliance Officer (Swindon) 16 hours a week Tuesday – Friday 1pm – 5pm

£23,400 pro rata

* Ensuring compliance of all care services.

* Daily auditing of system.

* Assisting Registered Manager as required.

* Completing staff supervisions.

* Ensuring staff are aware of company policies and procedures and Care Standard regulations.

* Attending relevant meetings as required.

* Supporting the office team to promote teamwork.

* Updating the care system with updated reviews for clients and staff.

* Liasing with the Care Quality Assessor to ensure reviews are completed within the required timeframe.

* Car driver essential.

* Experience within Health And social care preferred.

Self-motivated and possess a strong initiative with excellent communication skills.
