Are you enthusiastic about education and eager to support students in a secondary school setting? We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Hackney.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and focused during lessons.
Assist students with their learning needs, including one-to-one and small group sessions.
Help manage classroom behavior, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
Support students with additional needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), to access the curriculum effectively.
Contribute to the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with secondary-age students is desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
A proactive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young people.
A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
