Project Manager. Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new opportunity in the residential market? We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to help in their search for a Project Manager around the Edgeware, Barnet area. This will be on a 250 unit RC frame apartment scheme and you would be no1 on site.

Our client has many RC frame projects across London and a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work. The project is currently coming to the end of the facade stage and will begin the internal fit out. The Project Manager will ideally have experience across the whole build stage from groundworks to handover.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

Lead a team of Managers and Sub-Contractors.
Take the project to handover.
Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units of RC Frame apartments.
Keep the project on time and in budget.
Oversee the build process from start to finish.Requirements for Project Manager:

Overseen multiple projects from groundworks to handover.
Worked on large housing projects.
