My client are seeking a Media Sales Executive to join their print-media agency in the heart of London. Reporting to one of the directors, the role is an exciting position for someone who has a few years of B2B sales experience under their belt but wants to take on more responsibility and ownership within a fresh, ambitious agency.
This is an inbound sales role with a standout opportunity for a talented individual looking to work in an entrepreneurial and collaborative sales environment.
The Role:
• This is a results-driven role for a motivated individual looking to take ownership of their targets and implement their own sales strategies.
• Highly motivated, with a desire to grow with the business and to take up a future senior position.
• The role requires good management and prioritisation of inbound leads.
• They want a natural communicator, a sales expert who thinks strategically and clearly about how to best achieve goals within the business.
Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience and able to show a good track record.
• Adaptable salesperson who can handle corporate and small accounts alike.
• Thrives in generating and converting leads via email, telephone, and video calls.
• Skilled at guiding customer through the sales cycle with high closure rates.
• An excellent communicator, able to build rapport and trust, a wizard on the phone.
• Experience in using CRM software to manage leads and accounts.
• Self-starter that maintains a full diary and relishes the opportunity to create and manage their own workflow.
• Highly organised, priority focused, and handle multiple leads
• Be hungry to meet and exceed targets.
• Be an ambitions individual who is confident in their abilities.
• Manage inbound leads and be creative in generating new leads.
• Have strong research skills and prepares well.
• Manage the campaign cycle of your clients with support from the team.
• Work collaboratively with the directors on new strategies to meet company objectives
