Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender with a passion for mixology and customer service? We’re looking for a personable, experienced Bartender to join a growing team and help them deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Bartender, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a range of beverages—both classic and custom cocktails—according to recipes and customer preferences.
Ensuring consistent quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
Greeting guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly, approachable manner.
Taking orders, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages return visits.
Managing stock levels for liquors, mixers, garnishes, and supplies, assisting with restocking and tracking.
Reporting inventory needs, shortages, or discrepancies to the Bar Manager.
Accurately processing transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handling cash and credit transactions responsibly, balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Maintaining a clean, organised bar area and following all health and safety regulations.
Ensuring all bar tools and glassware are sanitised and comply with local laws for age verification and alcohol service.
We’re looking for a Bartender with:

Previous bartending experience preferred; mixology training is a plus.
Solid understanding of cocktails, wines, beers, and liquors.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
