V3 Recruitment are working on behalf of our Havant based client. We are looking to recruit a temporary Maintenance Coordinator. This temporary contract would be approx. 5 weeks until the end of January.
We are looking for a detail orientated individual whose main responsibilities would be filtering e mails from a busy help desk inbox, answering maintenance queries and all administration duties involved with this.
We are looking for someone organised with excellent communication skills.
Please note this role starts 9th December.
Monitoring UK Maintenance Helpdesk inbox
·Filtering through incoming emails, Categorising and Prioritising for Gary / Tina to action as needed
·Answering any general enquiries
·Forwarding any urgent emails to Tina or Gary
North American Maintenance Helpdesk
·Processing all call outs- via email to US / Canada Maintenance Suppliers
·Raising PO's
PO Log
·Raising any PO's received by MHD for approval by Gary
General support on Pronett Maintenance System (these tasks will need some basic training on the system):
·Chasing any Planned Maintenance Visits that are 30+ days overdue
·Chasing Call outs or Quotes that are overdue and assisting with obtaining info
·needed.
Central Havant Location.
Hours of work Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30 Friday - 9am - 3pm
£13.58 per hour
Please note this role is office based
