About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Communications Support Worker to join a local school in Chesterfield. You will work closely with students 1:1 and small group support to ensure they can fully engage with their education. The school is looking for an immediate start for the right candidate and is potentially a long term role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one communication support for students who use British Sign Language (BSL).
Assist small groups of students with additional communication needs.
Facilitate and adapt classroom activities to ensure accessibility for all learners.
Collaborate with teaching staff and other support workers to promote an inclusive learning environment.
Encourage and support students to build confidence and achieve their full potential.What We’re Looking For:

BSL qualification at Level 2 or 3 (minimum).
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (preferred).
A genuine passion for supporting students with communication needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to adapt to the needs of individual learners and build positive relationships.What We Offer:
