Based: Berkshire (or home based)
Salary; £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
Our client is searching for a Conveyancer to join their team, managing the sale and purchase of residential conveyancing transactions. This position would suit an experienced Conveyancer who is looking for flexibility over and above career progression. Our client can offer home working, hybrid or flexible hours to the right person, as well as job stability and rewarding work, and of course a superb team.
If you are looking for something different to your typical law firm or you’re fed up of fighting your way up the career ladder and want to use your skills in a rewarding role then this could be perfect for you.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing your own case load
* Drafting letters and legal documents
* Checking title documents
* Undertaking searches
* Reporting to clients with relevant information on the purchase or sale of their property
* Agreeing dates for exchanging Contracts
* Complying with Solicitors Accounts Rules and Rules of Professional Conduct of solicitors
You will be supported by a team of Legal Assistants who will open all files, and you will pass the property transaction over at the point of Exchange to a team member who solely focuses on the completion of the property.
This is a highly efficient team, and it works within a high-volume conveyancing environment, but rest assured the quality of service is exemplary. The team are fun, down to earth and come from differing backgrounds either within legal or other commercial areas.

For the right experience our client would support home working, albeit there would need to be a period of time in the office on a hybrid basis whilst they train you on their systems, however this should not take long if you have experience within Conveyancing.
Qualifications required:
Conveyancing experience, managing own case load
Open to speaking to candidates who are a qualified Lawyer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx, FCILEx or qualified by experience.
