Executive Office Manager
Location: Southampton City Centre
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office
Start Date: October 2024

Our client is a small but dynamic team based in the heart of Southampton, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a proactive and organised Executive Office Manager to support their Managing Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of their office.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for someone who excels in both administrative management and executive support. The successful candidate will wear multiple hats, acting as the key point of contact for the office while also providing dedicated PA support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
* Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle correspondence, prioritise tasks, and ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings.

Office Management:
* Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient working environment.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing invoice and job queries, and directing tasks to the appropriate team members or field workers.
* Maintain office supplies, equipment, and manage relationships with vendors.

Reception Duties:
* Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle general enquiries with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with a mix of office management and executive assistant duties.
* Skills:
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
