What you will be doing

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems within commercial properties.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
Diagnose and rectify plumbing issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and escalate any issues the senior team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

What you need

SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing qualifications or equivalent.
Experience in mobile maintenance plumbing in a busy FM/ jobbing plumbing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving license.
Happy to obtain a Disclosure Scotland.
