Title: Maintenance Engineer - Days only

Salary: £50K

Location: Hayes

Shifts: Days only; Mon - Fri

Roles & Responsibilities of the Engineering Team Leader:

To Identify unsafe practices, escalate immediately and propose solutions to overcome the issue.
Verify that manufacturing processes are fit for purpose by achieving quality and performance targets and ensuring that the there are no health and safety issues.
Conduct risk assessments where required.
Develop operating instructions and troubleshooting guides for manufacturing processes/equipment.
Monitor manufacturing processes, identifying and justifying potential improvements.
To carry out any reasonable task which falls within your capabilities.

The Ideal background of the Engineering Team Leader:

FMCG experience essential (high speed/volume manufacturing or production-type environment)
Experience with team leadership, Coaching and mentoring teams
Strong knowledge and experience within electrical engineering
Knowledge and experience Fault finding with PLC's
Engineering Qualifications
