Key Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections and assessments of building projects to ensure compliance with building regulations
Providing expert advice on building control matters to clients and stakeholders
Preparing detailed reports and documentation
Monitoring ongoing projects and ensuring standards are maintained throughout the construction phase
Identifying and resolving issues related to building control and compliance
Liaising with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Experience in building control or a related field
In-depth understanding of building regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in assessing and inspecting building projects

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications and registration as a Building Inspector
