Henry Martin are assisting a leading client on their search for a Managing Document Controller, to join a well established team based in London. Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Managing Document Controller ensure the efficient management of documents and records. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned business that places emphasis on employee growth and development.

As the managing Document Controller, you will oversee the document control process and systems within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all project documentation is managed, maintained, and archived according to company standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of document controllers and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless flow of information.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring document controllers, as well as conduct regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement. As the managing document controller, you will be expected to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of best practices in document management and control. Strong experience with EDMS is essential.
