Senior Manager - IoT Analytics - UK Wide - Hybrid

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 - Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare

The Role

As an IoT Analytics Managing Consultant/Senior Manager, you will be a vital member of our Intelligent Industry Analytics team. You will have the chance to collaborate across various sectors, with a primary focus on IoT expertise. Partnering with market-leading clients, you will utilize advanced technologies to address significant operational challenges. Your knowledge of IoT and consulting skills will contribute to driving bottom-line growth for our clients. The aim of IoT analytics in the industrial sector is to extract valuable insights and facilitate informed decision-making based on the data generated by these devices.

This role presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and influence the future of businesses through data-driven insights. You will apply your consulting skills by managing projects and delivering client presentations and deliverables.

As you lead data-driven projects and transformations, you'll engage deeply with industrial processes across various sectors, including Defence, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, and Retail & Distribution. Your analytical expertise will empower you to convert data into actionable business insights, helping clients improve growth and operational efficiency.

However, your role extends beyond data analysis. You will serve as a crucial consultant, facilitating workshops, managing workstreams, and delivering impactful communications to clients. You'll provide strategic recommendations for their future and offer training and support for new capabilities. By building strong relationships with stakeholders, you'll work collaboratively to understand their needs, tackle challenges, and achieve successful outcomes.

Your expertise will play a key role in shaping our leadership initiatives and developing innovative analytics and AI products and services. We seek candidates with proven experience in the following areas:

Experience in the areas of Data Analytics, Industry 4.0 solutions and Cloud. If you have some of the skills listed or possess related experience, we encourage you to apply:

Extensive experience in designing and delivering real-time, Industry 4.0-related data analytics solutions, including IoT analytics and Digital Twins, to enhance operational efficiency.

Solid understanding of cloud solutions architecture, with expertise in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience in implementing edge computing solutions and integrating them with cloud architectures.

Familiarity with various IoT devices and sensors, including environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure), image sensors, and motion sensors. Knowledgeable in IoT protocols such as MQTT and HTTP.

Strong knowledge and practical application of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT platforms, historians, SCADA, operational technology (OT), and cybersecurity.

Some experience in applying machine learning models using Python packages like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras would be advantageous.

As a Senior Manager, you will help set the strategic direction of the business, advance our goals, embody our values and behaviours, and mentor junior team members. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to both the organisation and your personal development through activities that fall into the following categories:

Business Development: Leading and contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, developing propositions, participating in client pitches, and hosting clients at events.

Learning & Development: Receiving training to support your career growth and meet the skill demands within the company, including obtaining certifications.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years.
