This role comes with an hourly pay rate of £13.50 per hour, and the working hours are day shifts Monday to Friday (lunchtime finish on a Friday) - 39 hours per week.

**What You Will Do:**

As a Powder Coater, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of finish for the company's products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, blasting, or other methods to ensure optimal powder adhesion.
Applying powder coating to metal surfaces with precision, adhering to all quality and safety standards.
Operating powder coating equipment efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Inspecting finished products for coating thickness, colour, and finish consistency.
Maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure operational excellence.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
