Our well-known client, an established not-for-profit organisation, are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team with day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and expense claims
Assisting with financial reporting and month-end processes
Supporting budget management and financial forecasting
Maintaining accurate financial records
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries The ideal candidate will have:

AAT Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
