We’re on the lookout for a Scheme Manager – a passionate, people-focused individual to help manage the day-to-day operations of our independent living scheme. You’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where our residents can live independently and enjoy life to the fullest.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Carrying out well-being checks and responding to residents' changing needs.
* Identifying and managing risks, including safeguarding, ensuring all necessary actions are taken.
* Engaging with residents and their families, supporting them in what matters most.
* Creating exciting well-being & social initiatives – helping to reduce loneliness, boost well-being, and promote awareness of issues like dementia.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and warden call systems, keeping our residents safe.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A natural people person with experience in housing or frontline customer service.
* Good IT Skills with a willingness to learn our in-house systems.
* Highly organised with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* A great communicator, able to work with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
* Passionate about making a difference, delivering top-notch customer service.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
