Salary: £38,443 - £50,083 per annum

The Role
We are seeking a committed Social Worker to join our Violence Vulnerability Exploitation Team. In this role, you will provide intensive outreach support to young people at high risk of group-related offending, involvement in county lines, serious youth violence, and various forms of exploitation. Your work will be crucial in preventing exploitation and helping young people access education, training, and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with young people, offering support to divert them from exploitation and criminal activity.
Work closely with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support for young people, keeping them engaged in education and away from crime.
Assess risks and protection needs, developing tailored intervention plans.
Provide consistent support, helping young people access employment or further education.
Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver a holistic approach to safeguarding.About You
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Social Worker who can lead efforts to protect young people from violence, exploitation, and gang involvement. You should have:

A recognised Social Work qualification and current registration with Social Work England.
Experience working with at-risk young people.
Strong skills in assessment and intervention.
The ability to build effective relationships with young people, families, and partner agencies.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
