A tier 1 MEP contractor requires an experienced Mechanical project manager to join the expanding senior management team in order to manage a newly procured commercial shell and core installation in the city of London. The client is looking at a prolonged period of sustainable business growth with a healthy work portfolio over the next 3 years of secured work. The majority of the work carried out by the client is commercial new build with the addition of commercial fit-out schemes also part of the larger work procured.

Candidates with a a proven track record carrying out their role successfully in these sectors would be sought after.

Project values range from £12m to £38m MEP value

You will be responsible for overseeing the following aspects of the mechanical installations , working long side a lead project director and engineering team;

design coordination and implementation, cost management, health & safety implementation, sub-contractor coordination, attending shareholder meetings, project programming, commissioning, client relationship management
