Description

Oversee all payroll and pension operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Develop and implement payroll and pension strategies to support the organisation's goals.
Ensure all payroll and pension processes are efficient and streamlined.
Handle any complex payroll and pension queries, providing expert advice where necessary.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
Ensure regular reporting and analysis of payroll and pension data.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and pension processes.Profile

A successful Interim Head of Payroll and Pensions should have:

A competitive daily rate of GBP 270 to GBP 330.
Interim contract lasting a couple of months
