Production Engineer – Electronics Manufacturing
High Wycombe | Full-time, Permanent | 40 hours per week
Monday: 8am - 5pm | Tuesday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm | Friday: 8am - 4pm

Actio Recruitment is proud to support our electronics manufacturing client in High Wycombe in their search for a Production Engineer. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Production Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and issue work procedures and instructions for production teams

* Review PCB designs from clients (Gerber and SMT pick-and-place files) and convert them into production instructions

* Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support

* Design and build test jigs and wiring harnesses for programming devices

* Collaborate with product designers to ensure smooth manufacturing processes

* Experience with Siemens Siplace Pro software is highly beneficial

What We’re Looking For

* Production Engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment

* Electronics design experience is highly desirable

* Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to production support

* Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients
