8am to 4.30pm Mon to Fri plus alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 12pm

£22,500 plus one bedroom accommodation & all expenses including council tax and utility bills

Our client is seeking a new resident Porter to live on site and to be available for call outs via mobile phone outside normal duty hours. One bedroom accommodation in Kensington provided with all utilities paid for. The Porter will be responsible for security, cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of the private residential block and be the first point of contact for residents, contractors and managing agent. To provide excellent customer service, conduct daily building checks, liaise with contractors regarding planned and reactive maintenance, conduct fire alarm checks and record all checks in the logging system, follow Health and Safety Regulations, key and parcel management, daily domestic refuse and recycling collection and removal, minor maintenance including changing light bulbs and cleaning/sweeping external paths with quarterly jet washing, contractor management and maintaining accurate records of daily occurrences
