Teaching Assistants – Primary & Secondary Schools in Winchester

Role & Responsibilities:

* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons

* Work with students 1:1 or in small groups to help with learning and development

* Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment

* Provide support to children with additional needs when required

Requirements:

* A passion for working with young people

* Experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A patient and proactive approach
