Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a support worker or similar role, ideally in a hostel or housing environment.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of housing policies and tenancy management.
* Experience working with vulnerable groups, such as individuals with mental health challenges, substance misuse issues, or homelessness.
