Job Title: After School Club Manager
Location: Swiss Gardens Primary School, Shoreham By Sea, West Sussex BN43 5WH
Start Date: ASAP
Term Time Only or Permanent Contract available: 22.75 hrs per week during Term Time & up to 40 hours work available during holiday clubs if desired
Working hours in Club Setting: After school club 14.45 pm- 18.30 pm, Monday to Friday
Note: extra hours paid for undertaking admin duties from home.
Pay: £12.88 per hour (plus holiday pay) if on Term Time only contract
**The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children**

Are you easily approachable and can communicate and engage with people? As a Club Manager you will ensure that there is effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.

Are you organised and enthusiastic? You would plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
Are you proactive, responsible and able to follow procedures? The children in our care are our responsibility and we have protocols and policies we need to follow, we need our Club Managers to implement these with team members.
