Secondary SEN ProvisionThis Specialist School provision based in Islington, caters for pupils aged from 11 to 16 years old. All pupils have SEN including, autism, SEMH and challenging behaviour.

The Islington School are looking for Teaching Assistant SEN to work in their specialist provision to support students who have various special needs, including autism (ASD), SEMH. The work is intensive requiring flexibility, sensitivity, patience and resilience. They would like you to work with individuals and groups of students to ensure students are kept on task and complete activities set by the teacher and to deliver SEN interventions.

If you are a Teaching Assistant SEN or are a compassionate individual and have the drive to work with children with special needs and want to progress your career in this lovely secondary SEN Provision.

If you are a recent graduate, looking to start your career in teaching or special needs, academics want to hear from you. Experience of working with ASD would be an advantage but not essential.
