New role available for an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor looking to elevate their career with an industry-leading Building Surveying team in Manchester.

Duties:

Building Surveys & Site Inspections: Conduct detailed building surveys, site inspections, and measured surveys to support project delivery.
CAD Drafting & Design: Create precise drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using CAD software.
Preparation of Reports & Specifications: Draft comprehensive schedules of work, technical specifications, and feasibility reports for various maintenance and construction projects.
Project & Contract Management: Assist in the management of sub-consultants, contractors, and suppliers while supporting the contract administration process under NEC3 and JCT frameworks.
Condition & Asset Management: Support senior surveyors with condition surveys, asset management assessments, and Party Wall services.
Budget & Cost Monitoring: Assist with compiling project costs and ensure that projects remain on budget, tracking financial progress against approved plans.To discuss all my relevant roles in complete confidence please call Rob Hayton at Calibre Search
