A multi-discipline, award-winning construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to advance within their highly respected company due to ongoing economic expansion.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will be working within the Commercial Project Management Environment, on projects that can value up to £60m.

Daily responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager will include:

Manging the project from start to finish.
Executing on-site front-end due diligence work.
Pre-contract management
Phase-by-phase management of the construction processThe Senior Project Manager will also assist in the creation and expansion of the Commercial Project Management team for the Reading Office.

The Senior Project Manager Requirements

Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction related Degree
Experience working within the Commercial, Defence, or Security Sector
MRICS/MICOB/APMP/PRINCE2 (Desirable)
Previous experience working at Senior Project Manager level at a consultancyIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
