We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ARP Support professional to join our school's Additionally Resourced Provision. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who require additional support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

About the Role

As part of the ARP team, you will:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and develop key skills.
Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists to support student progress.
Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Monitor and report on student progress, offering insights to adapt strategies as needed.
