Standby Healthcare are recruiting Clinical Leads on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury care home provider with over 10 different services across the North.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead - Registered Nurse to join their experienced, dedicated and supportive team.

Duties
* General Nursing duties
* Leading, supervising and training the care team
* Keeping precise, up to date records
* Achieving the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of staff.
* Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication
* Ensuring that all Policies and Procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to, Safeguarding, Incident reporting, Risk Assessment and Care plans.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant clinical experience.
* Active PIN
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations
* Experienced working in nursing care homes
