Job Title: Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Legal Executive

Location: Newcastle

Hours: Full time/part time

Level: NQ – 5 years +

Ark Search are excited to be working with a well-respected regional private practice in Newcastle who are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join them due to expansion.

Job Duties:

* Manage a caseload consisting of a wide range of commercial matters to include M&As, acquisitions, disposals, agreements and IP matters

* Responsible for business development and client networking

About You:

* The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE with experience managing a Corporate/Commercial caseload. Applications will be considered from NQ level with experience working with a Corporate/Commercial department
