Contracts Manager - Fast track fit out (Retail / Hospitality)

This leading, national high-quality refurbishment and fit out company (that operate within the retail, hospitality, commercial and residential sectors) is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Contract Manager to join this hugely successful and reputable

Key Skills:
•Fast-track fit out experience
•Experience in leisure and retail fit out (ideally but not essential)
•Able to work on their own, reporting directly to the board of directors.
•Highly motivated

Duties:
•Expected to run a minimum of 3 sites
•Set up projects
•Basic procurement (pricing a few packages)
•Check completeness of material orders by Site Managers
•Report progress at each site meeting
•Keep track of subcontractor attendance compared to programme and progress
•Programming
•Check on manufacture of specialist equipment to maintain dates
•Ensure site have all up to date construction information
•Report to QS on variations and changes
•Contract Manager should be first port of call from clients and represent the company at all times.
•The Contract Manager will essentially be based away from main HQ on their live sites and working from home as necessary.

Location of works:
•Draw a 40-mile radius around the M25 - 60% of their work is within here!
