Conveyancing Paralegal /Conveyancing Assistant

Due to continued growth our client are now recruiting for experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/ Conveyancing Assistant to join thier property team. The Role:

* You will be working closely under the direction and supervision of the solicitor

* Speaking to new clients, taking instructions and opening files

* Drafting contracts

* Raising and answering enquiries

* Applying for land searches

* Review Title

* Dealing with pre- contract enquiries

* Search reports and mortgage reports on purchases

* Prepare bills and completion statements on both sales and purchases

* Deal with completions and post completion work to include serving notices on leasehold properties

* Liaise with clients, Solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage lenders

The Candidate

* Minimum of 1 years’ recent experience within Residential Property

* Our client will consider candidates with Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant experience

* Computer literate. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Flexible approach to work

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care

* Effectively prioritise and have excellent organisation skills for a fast paced workload with tight deadlines
