Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing landscape projects, particularly in high-end developments. You will oversee the execution of our projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage site operations for high-end landscaping projects.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (H&S) and company policies.

* Collaborate closely with design teams and clients to meet project specifications.

* Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.

* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any issues proactively.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.

* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and team members.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in landscape project management, particularly in high-end developments.

* Familiarity with the design and build approach is essential.

* Valid SMSTS certification.

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
