Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Level)

Leading Land and Engineering Surveying practice based near Godalming are looking for an Engineering Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of Engineering Survey projects, utilising your expertise and further developing your land and engineering skills.

The ideal candidate will live in Surrey, within reasonable commute to our offices near Godalming and be able to complete their own Site Engineering, Land and Measured Building surveys independently.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Land and Engineering Surveyor you will work on a number of projects primarily in the South East of England.

This role will be mainly working on the Engineering side of the business, you could be setting out on a single house up full dimensional and level control on large industrial and commercial development. The company also complete as-built surveys, monitoring and volumetric surveys.

On the Land and Measured Building side, if required you may work on small, medium and large-scale topographical surveys and full measured building surveys with floor plans, elevations and sections using the latest surveying equipment and 3D scanners.

You will conduct your own processing for engineering and basic survey edits, so will need a reasonable level of AutoCAD experience. Final survey or other drawings issued to clients will be completed by the office CAD team.
