Early Years Practitioner 

Location: Slough

GSL Education is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive and well-established nursery or primary school in the Windsor and Maidenhead area. This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture and develop young learners, providing a safe, engaging, and structured environment for early childhood education.

The Role:

Support early years learning and development, following the EYFS curriculum.
Assist in delivering engaging and play-based learning activities.
Encourage social and emotional development, ensuring all children feel safe and valued.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a stimulating classroom environment.
Support children with speech and language development, phonics, and early numeracy skills.

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting.
A nurturing, patient, and child-centered approach.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
