Location - Surrey

Rate - £950 PAYE

IR35 - inside

Director - Major Infrastructure Delivery - The role:

Responsible for managing the development, design and delivery of Major Infrastructure and large Highways Improvement schemes
Responsible for ensuring resources and strategies are in place across wide ranging technical activities
Provide expert professional advice to Executive Directors and work collaboratively with senior colleagues to engage partners and colleagues across the organisation to deliver the strategic vision
Provide professional advice on policy and operational delivery of major projects
Act as the strategic development lead for major projects with key regional and national bodies

Director - Major Infrastructure Delivery - Requirements:

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
Substantial management experience in a complex business environment
Membership of appropriate professional body and/or evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
Knowledge of concepts, principles and practices gained through extensive experience and development in a specific field relevant to the role
Ability to balance strategic leadership and direction with effective operational management through effective business planning and performance management
Experience of financial planning and delivery of financial plans including significant savings
Outstanding relationship management and networking skills
