COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Evergood Associates Limited require a Compliance Administrator to work within the Compliance team.

You will be based at our modern Head Office in Hertford with a starting basic salary of up to £30,000 + Benefits + Pension.

Fully trained Compliance Officer OTE £30,000 to £45,000 (depending on responsibilities and status).

The ideal Compliance Administrator:

You have experience of working in a compliance administrative role ideally, or office administrative role.

You are a team player, confident, sociable, hardworking, ambitious and respond well to competitive environments.

You have good interpersonal skills whilst also being able to work independently.

You are comfortable using a computer and have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You can focus on administrative tasks.

You take pride in your work and understand the importance of timekeeping and attendance when working as part of a team.

The role of Compliance Administrator:

Early shift (Apply online only), late shift (Apply online only). Full time Monday to Friday.

Engaging with health and social care professionals – including doctors - to maintain personnel file compliance.

Engaging with new candidates to commence the registration process including compliance.

Understanding your key role as representing the company'ss caring culture when developing your relationship with the healthcare professionals you are taking through compliance.

Assisting recruitment team to ensure all candidates are fully vetted and fit for purpose.

Preparing for internal and external personnel file audits.
