Our client is a leading company in the commercial construction and engineering industry based in North West London, specialising in plant room installations, pipe fitting, and mechanical systems. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to manage a 4 years contract in West London.

Mechanical Site Manager Position Overview

The Mechanical Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of mechanical installations on site, particularly focusing on plant rooms and pipe fitting. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of managing complex mechanical projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of mechanical systems and safety standards. One key additional skill set is previous experience working with local authorities

Mechanical Site Manager Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical site management, with a focus on plant rooms and pipe fitting.
