Experience in social housing or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise effectively.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents. Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in mental health first aid or related support training.
Certified in implementing safeguarding procedures. You will receive from BRC:
