Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality switchboards and control panels
Assemble components accurately according to wiring diagrams and schematics
Maintain exceptional quality and safety standards in all work
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines
Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in component assembly and interpreting wiring diagrams
Strong attention to detail and precision in your work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical assembly or a related field are preferredWhat We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £17 (with overtime, potential earnings of £40-45k!)
Attractive overtime rates: 1.25 after 36.5 hours and 1.75 on weekends
