Job Title: Children’s Registered Home Manager (EBD)
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: c£50,000 + Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Children's Registered Home Manager for a GOOD rated EBD home in Southampton. Our client, a well-established organisation with a portfolio of homes and schools across Hampshire, is looking for a passionate, child-focused individual to lead their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the EBD home, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality care.

*

Lead, motivate, and support care staff to deliver child-centered care.

*

Ensure safeguarding and risk assessments are maintained.

*

Work with the Responsible Individual (RI), Head of Care, and Directors to align with organisational goals.

*

Manage staff training, supervision, and performance.

About You:

*

Experience managing or supporting children’s homes, ideally with EBD.

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to work towards it).

*

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience in registration.

*

Passion for working with children and excellent leadership skills.
