The Project Quality Engineer is an essential professional role within SeAH Wind. The purpose of the role is to engage with all departments to ensure the project specific quality requirements are achieved, reporting directly to the Head of Quality on all project related quality matters. The PQE will also be the direct point of contact for all client quality matters.

What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis

* Inspection Test Plan (ITP) generation.

* Project Quality Plan (PQP) generation.

* Project non-conformance report (NCR) governance.

* Manages identification and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions using 8D / 5Why methodology.

* Direct client interface for all quality matters.

What we need from you:

* Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication and Quality Management qualification advantageous.

* CSWIP 3.0 / 3.1 Weld Inspector Qualification required.

* PCN / ASNT Level II Qualification (DPI, MPI, UT) advantageous.

* NACE Level II Qualification advantageous.

* ISO 9001 Lead / Internal Audit Qualification advantageous.

* Sound understanding of fabrication / machining drawings to support product verification and inspection requirements.

* Knowledge of fabrication, inspection, welding, NDT, coating processes.

* Proven experience as a Project Quality Engineer in a project-based environment.

* Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

* Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, APQP is advantageous.

* Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the industry or sector of the project.

* Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability and willingness to travel globally as required for project-related activities.
