MOT Tester - Bicester

Our client is looking for a skilled MOT Tester to join their dedicated team of technicians at a well-established dealership in Bicester. With this brand introducing exciting new models to the market, this is the perfect time to become part of a forward-thinking and growing team.

The Role:

As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for conducting MOT tests to DVSA standards, ensuring vehicles meet roadworthiness and safety requirements. In addition, you'll assist the team with vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs, working towards productivity and efficiency targets.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Qualified & Experienced - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
✅ MOT Certified - A valid MOT testing licence is required.
✅ Technically Skilled - Ability to use modern diagnostic equipment and deliver 'right first time' work.
✅ Team Player & Communicator - Strong collaboration and communication skills.
✅ Full UK Driving Licence - A valid licence is essential.

Competitive Salary + Bonuses - £32,000 - £40,000 Plus Bonus
Travel Allowance - For candidates outside the Bicester area
Work-Life Balance - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, plus alternate Saturdays (8:30 AM - 1:30 PM)
