Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Crawley

Salary: Up to £36,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Lloyd Recruitment are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing company, who are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join their team as a Marketing Manager. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for shaping and developing a company's marketing strategy, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with the CEO and playing a pivotal role in driving brand awareness. Collaborating with their marketing agency, you will be leading the create and execution of effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events, managing budgets and timelines
Develop and implement social media strategies, including posting, monitor channels, respond to enquiries and analyse performance
Create content and copy writing for email newsletters, blogs, PR and social media to boost brand visibility
Collaborate with marketing agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with overall strategy
Identify and manage brand development opportunities through partnerships, sponsorships and strategic initiatives
Update and maintain the website regularly, apply SEO techniques and PPC strategies to improve visibility
Report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to improve future efforts
Analyse trends and adapt strategies, whilst liaising with stakeholders to improve the customer journey
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and communications
Optimise LinkedIn profiles for key team members to align with company branding and values
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives
Requirements:

Previous working experience within a marketing role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
