Our client is a care organisation based across Wales offering support and staff to provide people independence, social inclusion and safety to ensure people live good lives within the community. As the Recruitment Advisor, you'll collaborate closely with senior managers and key stakeholders to ensure that our client is attracting the best talent while delivering a top-notch candidate experience. If you're passionate about recruitment, skilled in building relationships, and excited to take ownership of various recruitment projects, this is your role. This role is hybrid and based in the Cardiff office, with travel with a salary package between £24,000 - £29,000.

What Does the Role Entail?

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be in a key role in managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Reporting to the Business Partner, you will collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, select relevant recruitment channels, and lead the candidate journey-from advertisement through to onboarding. You'll also engage with potential candidates through various platforms, attend recruitment events, and contribute to building a recognisable employer brand. This role provides the chance to take initiative on recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience.

What Skills Will You Have?

Ideally, you are a Recruitment Advisor who has experience recruiting for a variety of roles across all levels of an organisation. You should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and influence hiring decisions. You'll also be familiar with using social media and recruitment platforms to attract and engage with candidates, and comfortable managing recruitment processes using applicant tracking systems. You will have experience in writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and designing effective selection methods will be key to your success in this role.
