Senior Mechanical Engineer

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm plus overtime

Repairs, fault finding, larger repairs and servicing work of HIU’S

Van provided

£50,000 if you have gas cert £55,000 per annum

About the role…

Residential

a.           HIU Servicing – Happy to carry out training to meet the requirements.

b.           Replace HIUs

c.            Replace different setups to HIUs

EC Works:

a.           Boiler repairs – 80kW or above

b.           Pumps – Repairs/Replacement

c.            Pressurisation Unit servicing – Annually

d.           Plant replacement

e.            Upgrades to the Plant room that may require shutdowns or invasive works

Network/Distribution

a.           Replace distribution pipe section that are defective/leaking

b.           Replace/repair risers pipes

c.            Replace/repair communal pipes

About you…

Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications and experience
Gas safe registered.
Plumbing and heating qualification like G3 unvented HWS.
HIU breakdown and install experience
Commercial plant room repairs 
Electrical experience - Optional 
F-Gas qualified - Optional
