Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

*

Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architectures and strategies.

*

Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices.

*

Translate business needs into technical solutions and drive successful project delivery.

*

Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, demos, and client presentations.

*

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

What my client is looking for:

*

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with hands-on implementation expertise.

*

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and/or HRSD.

*

Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS) and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer) – highly desirable.

*

Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
